The Best Night Sleep!

A good night’s sleep is just as important as regular exercise and a healthy diet.

Research shows that poor sleep has immediate negative effects on your hormones, exercise performance, and brain function

It can also cause weight gain and increase disease risk in both adults and children 

In contrast, good sleep can help you eat less, exercise better, and be healthier

Here are 3 steps we believe will net you the best sleep of your life try them out and let us know if it works for you!


Step 1 - Take a hot shower 30-90 minutes before bed:

A warm shower or bath will give you a soothing comfortable feeling that will aid in falling asleep and staying asleep.

Step 2 -Turn on your Ultrasonic Humidifier and activate the night light:

Ultrasonic Humidifiers will moisten the air to create a soothing relaxing environment and the ambient light helps lulls you to sleep.

Step 3 - Meditate for 3-5 minutes:

Set a timer for 3-5 minutes then lay on your back with arms to the side. Begin by taking a deep breath in (breath into your diaphragm)  while counting to 6, then hold it for a count of 5 then breathe out for a count of 6. Repeat this process until the timer runs out. Once you have completed the exercise close your eyes and return to your normal breathing.
